Kelsey Stoll

The first time I came to my mat, I was 14 years old. Immediately, I knew I had found a home. Yoga cultivated a deep rooted connection with myself that helped me to develop a connection with all other aspects of my life. 

I completed my 200-hr certification in 2009 through Devine Play Yoga. In 2009, 2010, and 2011 I completed Forever Om Yoga's 200-hr certification and co-facilitated their spirituality sector. In 2014 I attended the advanced teacher training program through Live, Love, Teach. I have taught at Forever Om Yoga since 2009, Sangha Yoga, Shawmut Yoga, Equinox, and now manage Forever Om Yoga in Vernon Hills. 

When I was 9 years old, I saw the Teton Mountains, the first mountain range I had ever laid eyes on. From that point on, I craved the freedom, perspective, majesty that the mountains held. 

I attended University of Vermont where I became a certified outdoor leader. I completed my Wilderness First Aid in 2011 and became a Wilderness First Responder in 2014. I was a leader in the Outing Club and Trek Program from 2013-2015. I have had experience backpacking the Austrian Alps, the Long Trail, the White Mountains, the Blue Ridge Mountains, the Appalachian Trail, the Canadian Rocky Mountains, the Colorado Rocky Mountains, the Grand Canyon with a few on the horizon! 

After graduating, while teaching yoga on the side, I worked at a fine dining restaurant in Boston, MA. Bistro Du Midi inspired my appreciation to culinary art.   Through Forever Om Yoga, I created a series called Mindful Eating in which I connected to 4 local farms who would speak about their farming techniques and produce. Then a food revolutionist chef would prepare small dishes from the farms vegetables. I would do a meditation to facilitate mindful eating to help change the relationship with food! 

Though my journey, I wanted to create a company that celebrated living a mindful life. Our company encOMpasses nature, food, yoga, and meditation to empower you to become the best version of yourself and tackle your everyday life with strength. In order to grow I believe the first step is loving, celebrating, and caring for yourself.
