Asheville, North Carolina is home of the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountain Range. This retreat will help you to connect to your environment, food, and (most importantly) yourself! Each day we will do a new hike led by WFR Kelsey Stoll, where you will experience the amazing waterfalls, wildlife, and iconic blue hue of the Appalachian Mountains in Asheville. Start your day with an invigorating Vinyasa Practice and end the day with a slower Hatha Blend and guided meditation. You will learn about how certain foods have a drastic affect on your mind and emotional well being with our private chef and mindful eating coach! We are committed to helping you to connect back with the best version of yourself through the healing powers of being outside, fueling your body with natural foods, yoga and meditation. You will leave this retreat with a better understanding of yogic philosophy and feel relaxed and rejuvenated.

During your weekend away you will develop a deeper understanding of yoga and meditation with daily practices and invigorating workshops. All of your meals will be provided by your private chef and mindful eating coach, to help you feel healthy and fueled.
