Colorado Backpacking Retreat

August 3-5, 2024

Join us for the opportunity to rejuvenate, reconnect, and heal in by immersing yourself in the Colorado’s breathtaking mountains. We believe in nature’s power to bring us back to the present moment. If you have been looking to slow down, see the stars, and breath fresh air, this trip is the perfect chance to retreat.

Our Itinerary

Day 1: Saturday, August 3

Arrive at the trail head (located in Eagle County) to depart for our 7 mile hike to one of Colorado’s 10th mountain division huts, Polar Star Inn.

Upon arriving the house, you will be greeted with a warm meal. Then, take time to get grounded in your new accommodations. There is even a wood-burning sauna. In the afternoon, enjoy a yoga class by Kelsey and Cilla, journaling, dinner and guided meditation.

Day 3: Monday, August 5

After breakfast, we will practice yoga one final time together. Then, we will hike 7 miles back to the trail head.
